Opportunistic perfect preventive maintenance policy in presence of masked data

In this paper, the maintenance optimization problem of multi-component system is considered. It assumed that exact cause failure might be masked. That is, unknown, and we only know it belongs to a set called mask set. Both opportunistic perfect preventive (OPPM) corrective are Threshold OPPM inter-inspection interval considered as decision parameters which optimized using long-run cost rate criteria. The applicability proposed policy investigated an illustrative example.
